Those of you who have cats will understand me when I say she allows us to live with her. She makes it clear when she wants to eat or have us scratch her or wants the chair we are sitting in.

  Why name her Zelda? We let our nieces name her. The name has grown on us.

  She is an American Short Hair. I've always loved the Calicos. She is even tempered and very affectionate.

  We are Baby Boomers and don't have the energy to run around the house to exercise her. She is about 10 years old herself. I'd love to hear from anyone who knows how to get their older cats some exercise.
